Eggplant Omelette ( veg / non veg both style)

Ingreedients:
Large eggplant ( Began)
1 large size Onion finely chopped
1 Simla mirch finely chopped
 1/2 cup sweet corn boiled
Coriender leaves 1/2 cup
3 green chillies finely chopped
Oil as required
Non veg type... 2 eggs better
veg type... 2 table spoon Besan or 1 tablespoon flour (maida)

Sizzling::--- salt as per taste
                      1/2 spoon Haldi powder
            .        1/2 spoon Lalmirch owder
                     1/2 spoon Dhania powder
                     1/2 spoon Chat masala
# vegetables added as per your choice#

Methods:

Take one large size eggplant.wash it ..cut into round shape and tose the prices with pinch of haldi powder ,salt , Lalmirch powder, and cut middle portion of eggplant like a Ring shape👇
   
now take a bowl ... middle portion of eggplant cut into Finley small pieces and mixed with vegitables and masala powder ,salt as per taste....mixed well 
  For nonveg....mixed eggs batter
  For veg .....mixed besan & maida batter

Cooking methods:
  Place a kadai on gas at medium heat,now add 3 table spoon oil..when oil became hot ...place ring shape eggplant..
  Now take a spoon and pore the batter into ring shape like picture 👇
cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes at low medium flame and then flip over until cooked other side for another  2 minutes our eggplant veg, nonveg omelets are ready searv it hot with steam rice,jeera,rice ,polau....or as a snacks
