Instant healthy rice

Due to CORONA we are all on Lockdown situation... Sometimes we don't like to cooking or makeing food,it's moods depends.we feel lazy, sleepy, etc
    But still we have to make for  ourselves and our family members
  Today I shared a recipe that can be made quickly in that lazy time
 Even I also make at my kitchen Instant healthy rice when I feel lazy👇

Ingredients:   
For 4 people
1) Basmati rice 200gm+ 1/2 cup
2) vegitables:
          Boiled  2 potato ( smashed)
           Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
           Capsicum1 large chopped
           Coulyflowe  1 cup chopped
           Green chillies 2/3 as per choice
  3) oil  and ghee 1 table spoon both
  4) whole seeds and powder::---
       ..    1/2 spoon Cumin seeds
               3,4 cloves
               Small cenemon stick
             1 elaichi
      Redmirchi powder 1tea spoon
      Turmeric powder.  1 teaspoon
      Coriender powder. 1 teaspoon
      Cumin seed powder 1 teaspoon
    5) salt as per requirement
    6) curd 3 table spoon
    7) coriender leaves and kashuri methi leaves 1 spoon ....if have otherwise skeep
8) pressure cooker
         Rice soked for 10 minutes
chopped  vegetables
masala we need
boiled  mashed potatoes
heat a presure cooker at medium heat add1 spoon oil  and whole seeds..after that added vegetables and saute for 2 minutes then add shocked rice grain...and added masala ,salt  and curd saute for 2 minutes ,
   Lock the presure cooker wait for 2 whistle ...when 3 whistle is come off the flam ...rest for steam relise
    Now  open the lid and added coriender leaves, kashuri methi leaves,ghee mixed with rice.....serve with salad and curd or Raita
