Without Onion,&,Garlic Lauki moongdal ( Lau Ghanta/ bottle guard with moongdal)Bengoli Dish

Ingredients##
    1)Lauki 1/2 Kg  Grated
   2) Moongdal 1 cup
   3) Ginger 1 inch Grated
   4) 5 green chillies
   5) 2 sabud Lal Mirch( Red dry chili)
   5) pachforon / jeera seeds
  6) Mustered Oil 1 Tablespoon
  7) Coriender leaves chopped
8) powder masala: 1/2 teaspoon haldi
          1/2 teaspoon jeera,1/2 teaspoon Dhania,1/2 teaspoon suger,salt as per taste

#Methods#
    #Step 1)  At first take a presure cooker then Grated Lauki and moongdal mixed together and place to cooker on gas 
 Cook it upto 2 whitsel at high flame..after that turn off the flame and realise the whitsel
#Step 2) Take a kadai and add 1 tablespoon mustard oil..when oil turned to hot add dried red chilli ( sabud Lal mirch) ,Pachforon,and grated ginger ,saute for 1 minutes 
#Step3) when mirchi and seeds are cracking that time add tomato and add boild moongdal+ lauki mixed saute 1 minutes then add one by one powder masala and chilis , coriender,sugerall mixed together well and cook for 3 minutes ...lauki moongdal ghanta is ready 
Now serve with Rice, roti
