Punjabi Kadi pakoda

Ingredirnts:----
* 1 cup Besan for Gravey 
 * 1 cup Besan for making pakoda
* 3 cup Curd
* 2 large Onion 
* Green chillies chopped
* Coriender leaves chopped
* Curry leaves and methi leaves
* 2  sabud Lal Mirch
* Rai seeds,jeera seeds
* Powered Masala
   1/2 spoon of Haldi,jeera,dhania, Lalmirch
Oil for frying pakoda and tardka

#####METHODS#####
Step 1###Take a bowl at first take one cup besan on bowl mixed pinch of salt and gradually mixed with water and makes smooth batter... atleast  3 minutes bit the batter it's looks fluppy ,nowmixed chopped onion , green chillies,pinch of haldi,jeera,1 tablespoon coriender leaves and mixed all the ingredients well

Step 2### take a kadai and heat it , poured oil approximately 4 tablespoon 
Make pakoda ,pakoda looks like golden brown.and frying pakoda always medium flame

Step3### take mixture grinder pour it besan and curd ,salt and grinding well 
Curd besan ghol now ready

 Step 4###  at kadai take 1 tablespoon oil heat it and now added tardka ...sabud lal mich,Rai seeds ,jeera,seeds,onion chopped.saute for 1 minutes and add all masala powder then add curd besan ghol
  Add salt as per requirement.and 2 cup of water ..now cook for 15 minutes 
  After that add coriender leaves and methi leaves.

  Step 5###. Take small pan add 1 teaspoon oil frying some curry leaves and Kashmiri Lal mirch and chopped ginger 
  And pour this 2nd tadka at curd Gravey 
Miwed it well and cook another 2 minutes
 Off the flame and added pakoda at curry ...cover the lid for 5 minutes 
  Our curry pakoda is ready
