Omlet Burger

Ingredients=
1) Burger Bun
2) onion , capsicum,tomato,round shape slices
3) Eggs Omlet 
4) Meonise
5) Tomato catchup
6) Alu Tikki
7) Butter
8) Cabbage leaf
9) 1 Teaspoon oil for making omlet
10) 1 teaspoon onion greenchily chopped for oklet

HOW TO MAKE OMELETTE BURGER

1) Cut The Veggies

On a chopping board, cut 1 onion into rings, and chop the leftover one onion into small pieces. Cut the tomato and cucumber into rings, and set these aside. Now, in a bowl, whisk the egg, with chopped onion, milk and salt as per your taste.

2)Heat Oil And Cook The Egg

Place a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Pour the egg mixture evenly and spread it out. Fry the omelette on both sides until it turns golden brown and crispy. Once done, take the omelette off the flame and add some butter on the pan. Melt butter and roast the bun on both sides until it its brown. Once done, take it off the flame.

3) smashed the boiled potatoes and mixed some onion chopped and green chutney,salt and make a dough and make  them flat round shape circle tikki and shallow fry bothside 

4) Make The Burger And Serve With A Choice Of Sauce

Cut the bun into half and spread mayonnaise on one side and other side spread ketchup and add a cabbage leaf as a base. Now, top it up with tomato rings, onion rings and cucumber rings and finally place the omelette and Alu tikki  on top of these. Cover it with the other half of the bun.

Apply butter on top and grilled just for 1 minutes the bun and serve with tomato ketchup to enjoy
