Steamed Mixed Dal Idli

Ingredients:----
  1) 2 cup Mixed Dal( shocked for 2 hours)
  2) 2 Tablespoon curd
  3) 1/3 cup coriender leaves
  4)3 chillies chopped
  5) 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
  6) powder masala:
              # 1/4 tea spoon turmeric
             # 1/4 teaspoon coriender powder
              # 1/4 teaspooncumin powder
              # Pinch of red chilli powder
              # 1/3 Amchur / chat masala
              #  Salt as per taste
  7) Idli stand  for steaming
  1/2 TEASPOON oil for grees

         ##Method##

shoched for 2 hours and cover the lid
  I used pressure cooker as here ..u take any one

 After 2 hours just grinding the dal and make a smooth paste
now add curd and masala, coriender and 1/4 of teaspoon of backing Powder and mixed them well.. Now take Idli stand ,Gress the tray with oil and pour 1 spoon of Dal paste  place to Idli steamer and steam for 10 minutes
   After that steam idlis free from idli mold,and serve
   Enjoy with chutney,souce, and sambar also
