Gobi & Shimla Mirch Sabzi

Ingredients

  • tbsp oil
  • 1 big potato chopped in big cubes
  • 200 g cauliflower 
  • medium green capsicum remove seeds and cut it into big 1 inch squares
  • Carrot slice 1/2 cup
  • 1 tomato cut into big cubes
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp sabji masala 
  • 4 Green chillies paste
  •  Red chilli powder I have not used. 
  • 1 tbsp ginger 
  • 2 Tablespoon milk
  • salt as per taste

Instructions:

At first take a presure cooker and boild all the vegetables ...upto 1 Whitsel ..stain the boild vegies and vegitables stock keep aside for after use 
  • Heat oil in kadai
  • Add pachforon seeds
  • and Onion chopped Tomato  in them. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes till tender. Add salt in it.
  • Coriender and Mint leaves also added and green chillies paste and  saute
  • Add all the dry masalas ( coriander - cumin powder, sabji masala ) and ginger  paste to it. Mix them well and cook for two minutes stirring in between.add salt and sugar too

  • Now add the boild vegies mix well and cook add milk and cook are tender and soft for five minutes. .The oil will be seen seperating here. Add some kashuri methi
  • Gobi  Capsicum curry is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it with roti, paratha, naan or rice.
